Refund policy

Any claims for damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product is received, in writing, otherwise ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

Wrong Address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility where we will then confirm an updated address with you.

Unclaimed

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility. You may be liable for reshipment fees

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within 7 days of item being delivered.
